Any images/photos uploaded to the host server will become property of the host of the site and are not retractable. Troubleshooting and known issues:
Problem: No image showing for webclip after submitting, Or... error occurs after submitting, Or... take to long to load or process, site not loading.
Solution: Some high resolution images contain extra information and may cause an error. Try using medium to low resolution photos from your digital camera. Try different image files before giving up.

Problem: If after adding icons (webclips) using this site, they revert back to a "swatchpix.com style" icon instead of the originally chosen image/webclip after visiting the linked site from your iPhone/iPod Touch.
Solution: Power off iPhone/iPod Touch, and restart iPhone/iPod Touch. If problem still exists, connect iPhone/iPod Touch to your Mac/PC to re-sync with iTunes. This seems to clear this bug, you may need to then recreate webclips. Be sure all your iTunes music, video and data is backed up before troubleshooting. SwatchPix.com is not responsible for any loss of your iTunes files.

Problem: Error on this website after attempting to make and submit a webclip.
Solution: Most errors occur due to spaces in the file name of the image. Be sure to use a .jpg or .png and name it one word without any spaces or symbols for the name.
